    Our apologies, we attempted delivery and she wasn't home. We do not leave flowers on porch, especially in extreme heat. We contacted her and she said she would call us when she was home, she contacted us late in the day and requested next day AM delivery, we did just that. We did not call you as we thought at the time she would be home later that day.

    If you are looking for unique, boutique style flower arrangements, this is absolutely the place to go to. From the moment I called them to the moment the flowers were delivered, the customer service was beyond amazing. When the floral arrangement arrived, everybody was stunned at how beautiful it is in person. As beautiful as it looks in the pictures, it’s a lot more stunning in person.     My daughter wanted to send me an arrangement of Stargazer lilies for my recovery from surgery. She had a hard time trying to find them from many florists, as she lives in South Carolina. When she finally came upon O'Malley's she discovered she had ordered from there before. They were so accommodating and were able to pick them up at the Flower Mart the next morning and deliver them. They would have been two weeks old tomorrow. Overnight they decided enough was enough. I thoroughly have enjoyed their wonderful scent during my recuperation. Thank you for all of your assistance.

    The service is always great. However the arrangement did not look at tropical as the picture presented. For example none of the deep green leaves were included. I didn't recognize it as the one procured. It was nice but I had expected something more like the picture.

    The widow said that her husband always picked her red roses so I had asked that the arrangement be with all red. It was so beautiful that "MEN" complimented it.     Everything went smoothly, and the flowers were well loved! My only suggestion would be to send out an acknowledgement email or phone call from the shop to the online purchaser, so we know an actual human received the order and is processing. Not really a complaint though, just an idea!

    Not only are the arrangements beautiful, but the customer service is amazing. I got a call the morning of the delivery letting me know that the same arrangement was sent to the recipient the day prior, so they offered to make some minor changes to make the one I was sending different.
