    The service was very good. The only issue was the arrangement we.picked online had bright fall colors yellows and oranges but when it arrived at the funeral home it didn't have the same bright colors. It was mostly.dark colors. Thanks for checking.

    We are sorry to hear that you never received the colours you expected, however upon review of your order...it seems the designers choice fall order was chosen and the picture shown is not of an actual arrangement but a suggestion of colours of fall. The design is left up to the designer. We use burgandys, reds and purples also for fall.     Ordered a funeral arrangement for a friends Mom who passed away.     Unfortunately for our family this has been the second funeral in 6 weeks . I was less stressed this time sending flowers because we decided to send the same flowers as the last funeral.     So Sorry Joanne and yes we normally do put care cards on all our fresh flower arrangements...it may have fell off while being wrapped , or in delivery...so everyday put about a cup of water in your arrangement don't let the oasis (that's the green sponge that the flowers are in) dry out .     I couldnt use my Debit/Visa online so they promptly called me to let me know I could come into the store and pay for it. When I arrived at the store they still had my order all done up so I didn't have to do it over. The lady was very helpful. When my Step Father received his flowers on Father's Day he was delighted, he is a very big flower critic and said it was one of the BEST arrangments he had seen and that he would be using Paradise Flowers from now on for any of his ordering. The flowers were absolutly beautiful, well worth the price! And cheap delivery as well as mine were going all the way to Holyrood ! I couldn't have been any more pleased with my purchase :)

    When I found out my arrangement hadn't been delivered, I called Paradise Flowers to see what was going on. They had been delivered to the wrong address and the lady actually accepted and kept the flowers!! I spoke with the delivery driver and she promised a new arrangement to be delivered right away, and it was. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and did the job of brightening someones day. The 2 people I spoke with were genuinely apologetic for the mix up and shared in my disgust of this other woman at the wrong address keeping the flowers! Anyway, the mistake was fixed, and I will do business here again! Thanks!
